Is Helium included in the purchase of a balloon?

Yes, Helium is included in the price of in-store balloons, with the exception of packs of balloons.

Can I bring in balloons I already own to be filled with Helium?

We are able to fill up all balloons with helium, including those bought outside of our store! However, there is a fee for outside balloons.

What is needed for a custom T-shirt or custom banner?

We can create a design for you if all you have is an idea. If you have a specific design, we can use that too. If you want to use a specific picture, please provide it to us. We will send you a draft version for your approval before doing any printing.

Do you sell Halloween Costumes and Decorations?

YES! We have a HUGE assortment of Halloween items, from brand names to general themes! Most of our Halloween items are available around October, but we carry costumes year-round.

Do you deliver balloons and other party supplies?

We don’t at the moment, but are in the works of offering this service.

What kind of rentals are available?

Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and Snow Cone Machines are all available to rent and come with supplies for 25 people included in the price. We also have tables and chairs available for large events!

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we will have your order ready at the selected time. If you are picking up Latex balloons, ensure you get HiFloat or pay attention to how long they will float with Helium. We want to ensure they last through your event!

Do we do balloon setups for parties or events?

No, we do not travel to locations and set up any balloons or decorations at this time.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Definitely. We handle large orders for schools, churches, military functions, and businesses. Contact us directly for volume pricing and scheduling.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to pick-up. Call us directly for assistance. No refunds are available if the balloons have already been filled with helium, or if the item is seasonal.
