Is a Security Deposit Required?
Yes, $100 deposit is required. Any damage to the machine will result in the renter being charged the deposit. Failure to return the machine within 3 days will result in late fees stopping and the deposit being charged.
What is the Return Policy?
Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and Snow cone machines must all be returned by 10am on the return day. There will be a $20 late fee for each full hour the machine is returned late. The machine must be returned cleaned and with all original parts and utensils. Missing parts or utensils will incur an additional $15 fee per part/utensil. Early return does not provide any credit towards total rental charge.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
48-hour cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a refund.
